As I sit to write this update on what's been going on in our lives, we are preparing for the impending snow storm that will be hitting the Northeast this evening. It looks to be a lot of snow this evening, so what better time than that to sit down and write out some of the updates that have been going on!
Christmas was a tremendous blessing this year, with Samantha and my in-laws picking me up the remaining Marvel films to complete my collection! I now own all of the Marvel films and am looking forward to some of the new ones coming out this year.
Washington, DC
Last weekend, Samantha and I went down to Washington, D.C. and had an absolute blast! We went to the Washington Monument, the National Holocaust Museum, the Smithsonian American History Museum, the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, and the Smithsonian Castle. We wanted to go to more but just going through those was quite a long time! Below is a clip of the flurries in DC.
Fine Arts
Fine Arts Festival is quickly approaching and the spring looks to be a very busy time! We're jumping into a number of categories (some include Short Film, Children's Lesson, Drama Ensemble, Human Video, and Sign Language). Our Horizon Youth Youtube channel has passed over 3,000 views and the majority of those views are from our previous years Fine Arts videos. Definitely worth checking out!
